| Spider Crab | Use the empty Beer Can as bait, sidestep Spider Crab’s charge, strike while it is stunned, and hand its meat to the Lighthouse Keeper. | Open route |
| Giant Piranha | Complete the three-leech requirement first, start the boss encounter only when the quest is active, then return the Giant Piranha Skeleton for new coordinates. | Open route |
| Pufferfish | On Island 3, give the Tourist the required endangered creature to receive the Carrot, then use the Pufferfish route and hand in its tail after victory. | Open route |
| Terrorizing Bird | Get the Professional Boss Lure, catch the required Tuna on Island 4, defeat Terrorizing Bird, then return its head to continue the progression route. | Open route |
| Mutated Bowhead Whale | Follow the scientist’s requests, use the correct whale bait, defeat the Whale, carry it to the volcano, then prepare for the Mutated Bowhead Whale sequence. | Open route |
| Magma Whale | Complete the volcano chain in the order given by the scientist: collect local fish, trigger the Whale objective, and use the resulting progression reward before heading onward. | Open route |
